The Truth is timeless, but the circumstances are constantly changing. The Sunday Service has to state The Truth, but that perhaps in some ways is the easy part.
Every attempt has to be made to translate The Truth to the changing circumstances. What are the changing circumstances? It is asking people, how was your week, and letting them speak.
People need to be heard. There is an yearning to be heard.
