God As An Eternal Being

God gets described as an Eternal Being. That designation is an earth designation, it is a designation in terms of the time dimension of this universe. For time in this universe has a beginning and an end.

But the four dimensions are of this universe. God is not an Eternal Being in that He has existed as long as time has existed. He is the creator of the very dimension of time.

The time dimension as you know on earth simply does not exist where God sits on his throne. You might see a two dimensional white surface and proceed to ask, but what color is time? What is the answer to that question?

God is an Eternal Being. That means He is beyond the dimension of time. He created time, as all things.

God is the King of Heaven. But God is not of Heaven either. God is the creator of that Heaven. God is beyond even of Heaven, and all of Heaven is beyond time. That is why, if you end up in Heaven, you are said to have Everlasting Life. When there is no dimension of time as you know it on earth, who is counting?

That God created you in His image. How special is that! The guy who sits on the throne in Heaven looks just like you. You can love like He loves. Love is the defining property of God Himself.

There is a mention in the Old Testament that God is a jealous God, He does not want you to worship other gods.

God is not a jealous God. There is no other God for Him to be jealous of.

There is but one God, there always has been but one God, the one true Living God, a God you can talk to directly, anytime anywhere.

People ask, when do you go to Heaven? That is like asking, what color is time? When Jesus told his disciples you will meet me in Heaven, Thomas asked, but Lord, which direction do we go? He was asking earth directions. Where do we turn left? Where do we turn right?

When do we go to Heaven is a similar question. You are talking in terms of earth time. Thomas was talking in terms of earth directions. Hello Thomas.

You don't die and become zombies.

Love God. Love one another. Love all humanity.
