Paranodes Grim Reapers
Many of you might be wondering what those NFTs are all about. As our public listing is coming closer and closer we wanted to share with you the utility of this collection.
Our Grim Reaper collection will consist of 666 NFTs coming on the Fantom blockchain shortly after our public listing. Their goal is simple: give an opportunity to people who truly believe in our project on the long term to be more involved and to maximize their APY. This NFT collection will give 2 major benefits to holders.
Better rewards
The first major advantage will be towards our node based rewards. Being the owner of a Grim Reaper will allow you to maximize the bonus rewards you get by holding and building nodes. As mentioned previously, the more nodes one holds, the higher the rewards per node per day are.

multipliers being the percentages, which have been multiplied by 10 in order to obtain 3 decimals of play, and multiplierLevels being the amount of nodes required to reach each multiplier. Using that logic, someone who holds 30 nodes gets 1030 / (100 * 10) = 1.03 times the usual rewards, so an increase of 3.00%. Obviously, these numbers are subject to change depending on the price of a $PARA.
That being said, owning one of the 666 Grim Reapers would allow you to double these rewards, which means that you could potentially get up to 22.20% bonus rewards per day per node, when holding 100 nodes.
Governance
The second, if not the biggest perk of holding one of our NFTs, is all about the governance of the project. Paranodes is a community project, therefore it is crucial for us to have you guys vote on what’s next, what to focus on and more. Every $PARA holder will get weighted voting power on a soon to be deployed council section of our dApp (decentralized application), where we will be posting polls regarding important decisions about the future of the project, as well as the treasury management. However, every $PARA holder who also holds a Grim Reaper will have their voting weight multiplied (multipliers have yet to be decided) allowing them to have a bigger impact on the decision making of the project.

The NFT collection we are releasing isn’t just a PFP (profile picture), it’s a utility NFT that will allow holders to receive much more daily rewards and be a whole lot more involved in the decision making of the team, of the project. It’s safe to say that the Grim Reapers are not to be messed with, nor to be taken as a joke due to their cartoony appearance. They’re here to slay.
