Disney Water Parks: Typhoon Lagoon And Blizzard Beach

There is no question that the Walt Disney company knows how to do many things right. Of course, the company has its critics, but nobody can deny that Disney knows how to give you an experience you will remember. Whether it is the latest animated movie or the newest ride in their theme parks, there is always fun for everyone with Disney.

Walt Disney isn’t only about Disneyland and movies, though. Did you know they have a major ice-skating show? Have you heard about Disney Water Parks? They really do a little of everything, and the water parks they do just as well as everything else.

There are two Disney World Water Parks to choose from Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Each of these parks has its theme that you see throughout the park in true Disney fashion.

Typhoon Lagoon is one of the Disney Water Parks which is based on the story that there was a major typhoon that wreaked havoc on the shoreline. At the park, you see surfboards that have been launched and landed here and there. There is even a boat that was storm-tossed and finally landed atop a volcano. Every half hour there is a burst of water as the geyser tries to push out the boat.

In Typhoon lagoon, you will find 9 waterslides, some of them heart-stoppingly steep. There is a surf pool with six-foot waves and you can…
