How to loose weight in a easy way.

In our school we always has one friend which is heavier than rest of the pack.It made all of us laugh when he beat a half size guy of his size who always annoys him by calling him with funny names.

Luckily I was not the fat one nor the short one,I was the one who is keeping referee in the fight.After completing school we did not met for 8 years,and then suddenly one day I found a similar looking person in front of a Chinese food van.When I moved closer,it was him,we abused(in a friendly way) each other and he told me about his work,studies.The only thing which shocked me was he had lost nearly 20 kg and increased in height and also having a huge muscle mass.

Where as I have gain 10kg and felt breathless time to time.Loosing weight looks like a trauma of going gym and controlling your diet.

How many of you have gain weight and you did not even know how it happened,you were lost in struggles of life and the food was playing his job.

Whenever we thought of loosing weight we quickly do some quick planning-

“Wake up tomorrow 5 am and go for run for 1 month.”

“Gym membership from tomorrow,I want to have abs by next month.”(which is impossible)

“Cutting all the food and feeling deprived all the day.”

“Reading 100 articles on dieting and watching many Youtube videos.”

“Start thinking that how much it will be hard for not to have that good food.”

This all works.There is nothing wrong in this,many people have followed this and had lost weight.

But when our willpower start getting weaken then we break this pattern,we eat like never before.We mentally quit of trying to loose weight.We start saying “I don’t have time for this.”

On the other side we have some bodybuilder,stars athletes who look good throughout their career,and also they have good girls with them .

Even though we know that their body has made by years of hard work and proper dieting,we feel like that we can never be able to achieve at least half of what they have done physically .

How many of you had made resolution after resolution but failed after sometime.

Let us gain some knowledge.

Our body start feeling depreived when we have eaten very less and also feel lazy when we eat too much,there is a little phenomena explained in the book “ Why we eat more than we think”

Which says-

Let say you normally eat 2000 calories a day which is enough for you to perform better,and if on a particular day you eat 1000 calorie only,you will feel weak,deprived,you will snap at anybody,their is a little bit anger inside you.And if you eat 3000 calorie you will feel overfull,feel like sleepy,not able to perform well.

Our body react to how much we eat,and that gives the energy throughout the day.But there is a normal range of calorie in which you perform good.In above case that is 2000 calorie per day.

Nobody just wakes up in the morning and gain weight,it’s slow process,for a long period of time we mindlessly eat more food throughout the day,months and years which result in gaining weight.

We can use this same mindless eating to reduce the calorie we eat,if you normally eat 2000 calorie a day and if you start eating little less like 1900 calorie you can achieve some great reaults on a long time .

And this can be done by

1)Not feeling hungry all the time.

2)Not feel food deprived.

3)Not craving for good food.

4)Not snapping at anybody because of feeling hungry.

This is the most mindlessly eating method to reduce weight.You are not aggressively running,you are not cutting your tasty food.

No ban on sugar.You are just focusing on the amount of food you eat and reducing little bit of that.

This will take time and if you just pay attention to your diet and following this for a long time,you can loose weight very easily.

So start from today and fit in your old clothes.Have a good way to control diet.
