Parex Mobile APP Shutdown
Dear Parex Users,
The Parex Mobile App will be fully decommissioned on December 31, 2024, due to the EVM-based structure of Parex Chain and the strategic changes made in the ecosystem. This decision has been made to ensure that the Parex ecosystem evolves into a stronger and more sustainable platform. Currently, the app is only used for tracking staking packages conducted before May 2024, and after this date, all transactions will be handled through the web-based interface.
Why is the Mobile App Shutting Down?
The Parex Mobile App has largely lost its functionality with the development of Parex Chain’s infrastructure and the adoption of EVM-based systems. To make our ecosystem more secure and efficient, we are working on new projects such as the Raccoonswap DEX. These projects will not only enable us to offer decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions more effectively but also provide our users with broader DeFi opportunities.
Don’t Forget to Backup Your Account Information
Before the Parex Mobile App shuts down, users are required to securely back up their account information. This data will allow you to access your account through the pro.parex.market website. After the app is decommissioned, all transactions and account management will be carried out via the website.
Login Methods to the Website
To access your account through the Parex website (https://pro.parex.market), different login methods are provided:
1. Login with UID Code:
• Your account’s UID code
• The password you set during account creation
• Google Authenticator (2FA) code
Note: If you don’t have access to your 2FA code, you can reset it via the Settings/Change 2FA menu in the Parex app.
2. Login with Private Key & Seed Phrase:
• Your account’s Private Key
• Your account’s Seed Phrase
• The password you set during account creation
• Google Authenticator (2FA) code

Continue Operations Through the Web Interface
After the mobile app shuts down, you will be able to continue your operations seamlessly through the web interface without any interruptions. The web-based interface is continually being developed to optimize user experience and is equipped with additional security layers. Ensuring that our users can transition smoothly and securely is the top priority for the Parex community.
