Yup! Thank you for clarifying the obvious. The real problem is that the so-called “free-speech” advocates don’t like progressive social movements. They can’t seem to be able to articulate a good argument for why a cop is justified in shooting a 12-year-od boy with a bb gun in an open carry state, so they latch onto rudeness and call it something it isn’t.
