If you are reading this article you may be like hundreds of others who have been scammed by Tron (TRX) ICOs. Thousands of Tronix were scammed over a period of 8 months by an infamous Russian scam artist Anthony Kudaev of ReynaLimited and IseriCoin (REY, RET, IRC ico coins) But what can they do?!

How would you like to have the Better Business Bureau and Security and Exchange Commission notify the Tron Foundation you have been scammed on your behalf?

Recently Binance lost over $40m dollars and Justin Sun (Tron Foundation CEO) offered to replace the stolen BTC. Where does he stand on protecting his Tron Community against these scams?

For a coin to be listed on a Tron exchange they must provide a white paper, address, contact information etc. and receive approval from the Tron Foundation.

It’s not likely that if you were scammed by a Tron based ICO that you’ll get your TRX back, however it is our hope that maybe if enough people unite and ask for assistance Justin Sun and his team will get these scams on his network under control and take care of this community.

You may think this is detrimental to Tron, but we are protecting the community by asking for the Tron Foundation to take action!

HOW TO TAKE ACTION:

STEP 1:

  1. Start with filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

How to fill out form:

  1. Business is located in United States or Canada

2. Choose business’s product or service (other than a vehicle or cell phone) or

5. Your Complaint

Our goal is that we want Tron Foundation to assist with stolen TRX from scams that are operating on their platform. So in your complaint give your story of how you lost your TRX.

Add your exchange transaction details to your complaint. This is very easy to gather!

  • Copy your TRX wallet address that you used to purchase the “Scam” token from the exchange.
  • Paste in https://tronscan.org
  • Anywhere you see Exchange Transaction Contract and matches the date you purchased the “scam token” from Tron exchange is your receipt. (See below). Submit the Hash along with your wallet address.

Resolution:

Request the Tron foundation reach out to you in regards to refunding or help recover your stolen TRX from the ICO that scammed you.

Submit your complaint. The BBB should contact you by email within a reasonable time frame!
