Good post. I personally prefer Inbox for managing the email (Steps 3 and 5), since I am a former user of the sadly closing Mailbox.

The other 3 steps (Outreach, Scheduling and Management) I do them with Smartcasual, which does a great job with the three of them, especially here in Hong Kong. So I’d just use 2 apps instead of 5 :)
