The Teachings of Pashupatinath

Lineage Authority of Trilok Akhada a 17000 year old school of Nath Yoga

Written by Om Karanjkar

One of Pashupatinath’s podcast listeners asked him to explain about Shiva and Shakti, and how to believe in them.

Pashupatinath : “There is nothing to ‘believe in’ in yoga. It’s about gathering the right intelligence.

Shiva is all matter and energy that exists. And Shakti is consciousness.”

Yoga is not a religion. It is a very technical science that gives results in real time, unlike concepts like ‘karma’ or the ‘afterlife’. The concepts of Shiva and Shakti represent the way the universe is structured. Shiva is everything physically tangible, all matter and energy. And Shakti is the consciousness in which Shiva exists. This means that the entire physical universe exists within the consciousness.

Do not confuse the consciousness with the brain. This is not a physical entity limited within your body. The consciousness is the force that creates changes in the physical universe. This is its true potential.

Unleash your true potential by visiting www.trilokakhada.in and trying a week of Pashupatinath’s excellent online yoga coaching for free.
