I haven’t been to Aruba in a long time. But I remember a kind man at one of the resorts allowing us to use their scuba gear even though we weren’t on the resort. And the resorts weren’t as gates off as these monstrosities down here. But maybe they have those too? There must be over a thousand people on this resort. Easily.
