Poem Shadow

(for Eggtooth — I rarely say anything about my poems but this one benefits from context, even if that damns it. It’s a response to a friend’s facebook post in which he declared something about the impossibility of writing a poem about a poem, or maybe it was the impossibility of writing a poem about a dream. Mistaken it was, but artfully written, so I turned it into a poem by rearranging the words. I’m sorry that I did not save his original words because he subsequently deleted his facebook account.)
