I used the Sirishasana technique to take the edge off my chronic headaches. I’ve only been doing it for three days, and the pressure in my head has gone from 24 hours a day to maybe half that, and the intensity has reduced substantially as well. Miracle cure!

I can’t do a headstand, so I just dangle my head off the side of the bed until it touches the floor, and I brace my head with my arms against the floor. Feels similar pressure-wise to a full headstand. I do it for 5–10 minutes a day.
