Announcing the ReactEurope Hackathon at Mozilla Paris
--
We’re super excited to finally announce our hackathon. It will take place at the beautiful Mozilla office in Paris on the 1st of July from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.
It will be a great occasion for people to socialize, learn and hack in the company of awesome React.js coders such as Christopher Chedeau of React.js and React Native fame, Sebastian McKenzie of Babel.js fame, Dan Abramov of React Hot Loader (and more) fame, Ben Alpert one of top react.js committer, Lee Byron (GraphQL, Immutable.js, Relay), Jed Watson from Touchstone.js fame and more.
In order attend the hackathon, you will need a ticket for the conference so if you don’t have one already, make sure to get yours here.
The Mozilla office are limited in seats so not all ReactEurope attendees will be able to attend physically. To fix that, we will announce the theme of the hackathon a few days before so that all conference attendees get a chance to participate from either Mozilla office or online.
The winner of the hackathon will be announced at the conference and will be able to present her or his project in front of the whole audience! The winner will also get an awesome prize.
You can read all the details about the hackathon here.
Hackathon tickets will cost a small fee of €9 just to ensure everyone will attend, we will provide lunch and snacks to all. Registration will open on Thursday 7th of May at 1pm UTC on this page (follow us to be notified when registration open on twitter, facebook, pushbullet or YO account).
If you would like to sponsor more prizes that will be given to the hackathon winners or attendees, contact us here, we will update this post with your logo.
See you in Paris!
