Banana Bread Recipe

Materials of Banana Bread

  • 2 cups fine flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ⅓ cup butter
  • ⅔ cup ground sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk

Recipe of Banana bread

  • To make banana bread first, peel and mash the bananas in a vessel. Now add butter and sugar and after this mixer is whisked.
  • On the other side, add baking powder to the fine flour and filter it for 2 minutes.
  • Now mix the baking powder and fine flour mix into the butter and sugar mixture. After that prepare a thick mixture by adding milk from above.
  • Mix the mixture well so that there are no lumps in it.
  • After that to bake, grease the baking tray with butter then now sprinkle some fine flour all around.
  • Now put the mixture in a tray and set it. And preheat the oven to 180 centigrade.
  • Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 24 minutes.
  • After that check, the bread whether the bread is brown on top or not, and not bread is brown so bake for another 5 minutes.
  • Now take out the tray of banana bread from the oven. And cut this bread into small pieces with the knife.

Finally, Banana bread is ready. Serve it with milk.
