We decide [ daily ]
what we can
& can not
have
&
so
we
push away
the possibilities
presented to us
that feel too good to be true.

what if ..
all had unfolded
differently.

the feeling
of
never
quite
arriving
to this final destination
of becoming that illusory person
we must & should become.
