Over the last year I’ve made running the first thing I do most mornings. Strava’s interactive GPS pace mapping and ability to gamify runs have made keeping a digital log my favorite part of the “running system” (after the adrenaline rush, chocolate milk recovery, and mornings with the lady). Plugging in my Garmin to upload the morning’s running data is just as enjoyable as unboxing an Apple product at this point. I’d strongly recommend using Strava as a digital log to anybody looking to make running a habit.
