Ghetto’s are created by the people who live in them. It is a common theme, every place that was once nice, gets neglected, burned, looted and boarded up. Then they move to another nice neighborhood and do the same thing. I lived in East Detroit Michigan, which was a suburb of Detroit (now called Eastpointe). It is a little 2 mile x 2 mile square city that runs north from 8 mile to 10 mile between Schoenherr and Kelly rds. I personally saw it go from nice homes with manicured lawns, safe streets and great schools to boarded up homes, overgrown lawns and streets run by packs of saggy panted teenage kids and crime dramatically increased in a relatively short period. It then continued north into Roseville, then Clinton twp. Wherever they go, ghetto will follow. GUARANTEED!
