I guess I’ll throw in my two cents too:

  1. The point in trashing the stats is proving the foundation is poor. Have your calling points be accurate and not misleading will go a long way to help your cause.
  2. If “feminism isn’t about abc and is really about xyz” maybe create a new brand to distinguish one from the other. Words change in today's world. Sadly the most negative view tends to stick unless the vast majority of the group activity prove the negative perspective incorrect.
