This is super cool. The modern bio-hacking movement is (in my opinion) somewhat clouded by it’s over commercialisation and the focus on needing x, y, z expensive devices to achieve (often questionable) benefit. For me one of the biggest and most powerful tools is the breath. And it’s free!
This is excellent information and very well written. Great job! In the third paragraph under “Heart Rate Variability,” however, shouldn’t it be 6 breaths per minute (not second)? Again, fantastic work; I just thought I’d pass this observation along.
Thanks for this informative article. The last I heard of biofeedback was in the 70’s when the equipment was complicated and expensive. Had no idea so much has been made available. Can’t wait to try this out.
