I’m 62 & I Have ADHD. So What?
mark-john clifford

I often explain to my recently diagnosed and disheartened younger patients that ADHD is associated with “symptoms” sure, but is also quite a gift. I describe it as a super power that can be harnessed and used for great good. I can see their parents looking at me sideways as I speak, but then slowly they begin to nod in agreement. Seeing that first tinge of hopefulness on their faces is priceless.
