My Life Stats: I Tracked My Habits for a Year, and This Is What I Learned
I measured the time I spent on my daily activities (studying, doing sports, socializing, sleeping…) for 332 days in a row — Why? Just why would I do this? This is probably the longest, most time-consuming experiment I’ve done in my life. On top of that, it has little scientific significance — the population sample is just one person — and is highly subjective (it completely relies on my memory and perception of time).
