How To Know What You Should Eat

If you want a good diet but don’t want to pay someone for it, there are many options out there. I’ve found my best results from building my own diets though. This allows me to have ultimate control over my diet and how it effects me.

The first diet that I ran for myself was a no carb diet. I basically ate only meats and vegetables for a year and it meant that I could eat as much as I wanted without gaining weight and most days it meant that I was losing weight. Though this didn’t take much mental dieting effort but it did mean that I got to decide for myself what went with this diet and what didn’t. Some things I did differently than most no carbers and some things I did the same. At the end of the day it meant that I got a lot of good results from a diet that I thought was very good.

After this, I wanted to have a more free form of a diet. This meant that I started counting macros. This changed my entire outlook but in a lot of ways it was way more involved than the no carb diet was. I had to find out what foods worked best for me and I had to learn how to set up my diet for the first time. There is plenty of information out there if you know how to look for it. Finding a basic bmr and learning how to set up a macro split is very important. Once you learn how to do this you can really tailor your diet however you like.

This can change the way you look at diets if you’re the type of person that wants to be in complete control of the things that you do. It definitely did for me. This also helps you realize what form of diet is best for you by learning each one as you go. I think it is a good idea but it is definitely a difficult avenue that takes time.
