Mainstream Media finally realises Tesla can massively undercut Waymo

That’s normally fatal.

And that’s just based on the cost of the robo taxi itself. What about all the HD-mapping Waymo must do FOREVER to keep its mm-resolution maps updated?

So to me the bigger news is that something made Bloomberg and others finally admit this. Just as Tesla’s robo taxi trial begins in Austin with zero drivers.

It smacks of ideologically ignoring Tesla until it’s inevitable? I don’t know for sure.
