Okay, I just whacked myself in the head several times with a hammer so that I could comprehend health care the same way that republicans do.
The actual number of people insured is “interesting”, but not relevant. People who “Choose” not to purchase welfare are actually demonstrating “Personal Liberty”. The republicans just want to “Offer” health care insurance and it’s up to the individual to decide if they want it or not.
It appears that in this new system, the cost of health care insurance will increase for those who can barely afford it now and the cost will decrease for those who can easily afford it. This new system will be a burden for those at the lower to middle income levels and a boon for those at the upper levels.
Haven’t we gotten tired of dancing to this song yet? Can’t we dance to a different tune?
Okay, I’m getting a bit dizzy from the hammer blows, I’m going to go lay down for awhile now (I stumble off, singing “Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer, do, I’m half crazy…”)
