How to Flip Computer Screen Upside Down
A client would like to rotate their screen for a few reasons. Most developers prefer to turn their screens to 90 degrees physically and move to a view of the image. Shortcut key combination
Some graphics cards, by holding Ctrl+Alt and pressing one of the arrow keys, allow the user to rotate the screen. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+down arrow, for example, with flipping the image upside down on your screen, and pressing Ctrl+Alt+up arrow would make it normal.
Windows 7, 8, and 10
Click the Windows key, select Display settings, then click Enter.

Select the tab Rotation in the window that opens.
Choose your preferred settings, click Activate, and then OK.
Third-party software
Look at the far right side of the Windows Taskbar (regarding how the monitor is currently oriented) for any video card-related icon in the Systray. For example, the utility of NVIDIA should look similar to the NVIDIA icon shown here.
When the utility is found, right-click the icon to open it. Users for NVIDIA are finding the NVIDIA Control Panel.
Try to locate any settings for the rotation. Users of NVIDIA should see the Rotate screen on the left side of the window under the Screen tab.
If you can not find any resources or rotation settings, open the screen properties by clicking Start, Settings, Control Panel and double-clicking the display icon. Check the settings tab for any additional settings or rotation settings that can correct your problem within the display properties.
