Can we quit

Can we stop using social media (does this count?) and we can quit email and dare I say the Internet? They tried that out on the Verge and that was very interesting..are we addicted to all this noise in our life’s and thus we loose out on the best thing we have REAL people and living.

I shall try and stop using all Social Media and see what happens, but that creates another problem, do we keep the data or delete and is it really deleted? Facebook keeps it all, Google might and so on. Anyway day one starts tomorrow with a house move and no internet its a good way to begin. Also a phone as just a phone, no we are getting crazy!
