Curious to know where you live, Douglas. If you live in the US, then yeah, I suppose it won’t matter a great deal to you where Svetlana Voreskova works. She could be beggar in Timbuktu or a tenured professor in Timbuktu as far as you are concerned and it wouldn’t make a difference to you.

I happen to live in the same small country, the Republic of Ireland, that she says she lives and works in. It has a population of 4.7 million.

I think it is of relevance if she is indeed who she implies she is, namely, a tenured professor in UCD, which is, by the way, the biggest university in the country.
