How to get a 9% Pay Rise
At a time when we are all finding it difficult financially and pay rises aren’t forthcoming — Would you like find a way to earn more without having to work longer hours, get a second income or go to the boss and ask for a pay rise.
Or
If you’re the person at the top — would you like to help your workforce perform better without having to be the person they all fear when you walk into the office.
Lift more — Earn more (more energy = better performance in every aspect of your life)
Everyone gets the message if you want to lose weight and be healthier then you need to watch what you eat and exercise regularly — even if they choose to ignore the advice.
But did you know that professionals who exercise are more likely to earn more money — in fact 9% more on average.
That’s pretty cool when the chances of an imminent pay rise don’t seem so forthcoming in the present economical climate.
So how would an extra 9% in your bank account feel right now?
Especially in this dog eat dog world where you are constantly under pressure to perform at your optimum best everyday — maybe you could do with a little lift in your performance right now.
A recent study published in the June issue of the Journal of Labour Research, researchers have found that employees who regularly exercise earn 9% more than their less active counterparts.
It maybe that these people are just more self-motivated in their lives and a bit more disciplined in their work place — but studies have found that there is a direct link between how much you exercise and how much you earn in relation to those who exercise less and who earn less.
There have also been studies that show the other side of the coin in that those who are not in such good physical shape do actually earn a lower income.
In 2007 study found that women who were obese earned, on average, 18% less than those women who weren’t earned, and those who were overweight also had 25% less family income in general.
So why do these exercisers do so much better than their non-exercising counterparts?
It’s because there is so much more to lifting a Kettlebell than just losing weight or gaining a great body shape.
Fitness is only ever seen as a weight loss tool — and it is the fault of the fitness industry for having sold it that way for the past 30 years.
That’s why so many people only ever see it and a punishment and not a pleasure.
The best stuff that you get from training with your Kettlebell can’t be measured on the dial of your scales or by the looseness your clothes.
It’s been shown in studies that exercise boosts your mental function and your energy levels and it also improves your mood — training with your Kettlebell is one of the best ways to harness these mental benefits.
Quite simply put — When you train you will at the time feel tired but if you do it consistently you are energizing your body both mentally and physically to perform better everyday and you will feel greater for longer.

You know when you leave your car for a while the battery goes flat — well doing nothing with your body and in particular your hands has the same effect on your brain — it shuts down into sleep mode because you have been neglecting it.
Keep neglecting your physical brain and you will constantly feel tired — especially if you diet suffers at the same time.
Your brain is like a child — it needs regular playtime — yes books and learning are great but your brain for all it’s complexities needs physical activity to keep it operating at it’s best.
Train with your Kettlebell and your daily performance will gradually start to improve — helping you to become better able to out perform your competition in the work place and naturally earn more without burning yourself out in the process.
You feel better in yourself and you become the stand out performer in your work place not only because of how great you are looking but because you have the extra drive and energy to put you ahead of the crowd.
You only need to train for a minimum of 3 hours a week with your Kettlebell at home or in the office.
12 minutes in the morning.
12 minutes in your lunch break.
