Agree, comparing the Mohammed Noor shooting to the Philando Castile shooting isn’t really proper given the facts. Castile was in a car matching an armed robbery BOLO and carrying heat to boot, while Justine Damond was just a concerned citizen who called police to check out a disturbance in the alley behind their house.

Oddly enough, the one common thread between both cases is that both officers were apparently diversity hires poorly suited to the work.
