The use of the word ‘murder’ in the title is inflammatory. The actual charge of ‘manslaughter’ fits better with the situation as described. Both parties behaved foolishly and McKnight seems to have escalated the final phase of the confrontation by getting out of his car.

This is precisely the kind of biased yellow journalism that contaminates jury pools and undermines fair trials. Why not just let the system work?
