What would be nice would be something a bit more judicious (and less tendentious) than the sub headline blurb ran here:

“People who have seen the videos suggest they poke holes in the official story.”

Change ‘People’ to ‘Attorney representing victim’s family’ and it would be perfectly fine.

And keep in mind, that statement was part of what amounted to the title of the story — headlines are supposed to give an accurate snapshot picture of the facts of the story, which this one clearly didn’t.

All that said though, I understand that you disagree…
