Yeah, that’s because the people of OK are more interested in having productive private sector employment than proving their fealty to some half-baked environmental ideology.
Growing the energy sector — both the extraction and infrastructure side — is one thing Trump was quite vocal about during his campaign, so it should be no surprise he chose someone like Pruitt to help make it happen.
This is kind of the whole purpose of having elections.
