one simple way: hire intelligent people who aren’t going to turn into whiny little apologists every time something comes out or is asked that might be considered even slightly negative. admit you’re not perfect and actually take some criticisms as constructive. you supposedly work for a president not a god-emperor and remember, he works for us.
