Sketch is moving in this direction though.

My feeling is that the underlying model of a vector drawing program is too limited to really represent software experiences. It’s certainly possible to layer plugins and file generators (in the spirit of ‘React-sketchapp’) on top… But at some point (which IMO has already been reached) the hacks will look increasingly rickety.

Photoshop contains a video editor and a 3D modeler, but their usefulness is extremely limited because they’re bolted onto a raster image editor. UX tools on top of Sketch suffer from the same problem.
