No Bill, No Break
Gabby Giffords

Mrs. Giffords, I think you and the other members of Congress should clearly outline your plans for these “new gun laws.” Right now you are asking the American people to trust a group of people who are amongst the most untrusted of all the American Professionals. I am sorry to inform you Mrs. Giffords, I am unable to take this leap of faith blindly. The American People need and require our political leaders (or servants) to clearly outline the details of the proposed gun laws.

Honestly, we are the good guys. The people who buy their guns from local accredited sellers. The group of people that I think and hope you are attempting to deny access to weapons, are not purchasing these items through their local friendly gun store. Once we all can agree there is a black market of weapons of all flavors, then we have truly identified the problem. Now, we can move forward to solving the problem.

Let’s not waste time on guessing and proposing random laws, that are ineffective against the true problem.

Lastly, Mrs. Giffords if I may ask a couple questions:

  1. What is the underlining problem?
  2. Who has the authority to affect change to solve this problem?
  3. Who will be trusted to enforce these laws? FBI? Local Police?

Thank you for your time.
