No starter homes in Boulder isn’t really an issue. Boulder city has a very small footprint, and really expands out to the county level. We’ve got busses that connect all of the towns here, so getting from Superior, Lafayette or even Broomfield is super easy, and you’re looking at buying a third of an acre and a house built in the 90s within the 400k range. Worth reevaluating :P
