The key to success on this front is to have awareness of the granular details. The ability to see projects at the airplane level and knowing when to double-click on details is important. You learn as you go through this, it’s not a micro-management thing — in fact, it’s not to be confused with micro-management at all. It’s making sure that the high-level objectives combined with the “how are we going to do this” details are clearly identified and can be measured.
