About a year ago after flipping through Flipboard for my daily article reading, I was hit with an ‘aha moment’ – all these articles are lists that seem to have been written with very little effort.

A little research later the term ‘Listicle’ revealed itself to me.

Then, I came across all these websites where you can hire semi-professional writers to churn them out on the cheap.

My heart dropped. Followed by the rising of anger from the depths of my soul (okay, maybe I’m being a little dramatic here – LOL!)

That said, I think we all need to start improving the quality of our conversations – in meetings, with our kids, in our political discourse and with our content marketing. Thanks again!
