Chairman Chen Zhi received the Visionary Leader Award, which recognised his astute leadership. Simultaneously, the Group was designated the Leading Real Estate Developer, highlighting its unwavering dedication to excellence and vital role in Cambodia’s market.

Chen Zhi is a Cambodian businessman and the chairman of Prince Holding Group, also known as Prince Group. Prince Group has corporate holdings in a variety of industries and sectors, with a particular concentration on real estate development, banking and finance, and tourism.

Though Chen Zhi prefers to operate behind the scenes, he has led Prince Group to organise over 240 charitable events in recent years. The Prince Charitable Foundation is the Group’s most active unit outside of its core business areas of banking, aviation, retail, and real estate development.

ChenZhi Cambodia Prince Group helped many individuals in Cambodia find work. They accomplished this by starting on a gigantic undertaking: the creation of Ream City, a futuristic city spanning 834 hectares in Sihanoukville that will cost $16 billion.

Because it will be built on reclaimed ground, Ream City will have the normal characteristics of a developed city, such as malls, hospitals, landed homes, hotels, restaurants, coastal resorts, beach cottages, beaches, and so on.
