Anarchists have a law, system which creates an order

Everything changes and nobody can stop it, only if you can control the time. It doesn’t mean that law will change immediately, but it is a slow continuing process and we will see the results of this in our lifetime. Habits, opinions, views, mind itself and even society changes every day so must law do. F.e. women in Switzerland gained the right to vote in federal elections after a referendum in 1971 which is unbelievable for us today to decline these rights. People can not imagine big and dramatic change of law right now and it is good, the primary function of law is to create stabilized relationships and create an order. But you have to admit a law is changed in parliament almost every day and it can be very different in the next decade even more so.

So why do I think that anarchists have a law?

“Law is a system of rules that are enforced through social institutions to govern behavior.” Robertson, Crimes against humanity, 90.

This system of rules can have many forms from a strict written form of totalitarian order to spontaneous unwritten order of a free people. But my article is not about advocating that people which do not recognize state authority has internal order. I want to show, that they created even better than that. I wrote in my article Current law becomes obsolete from Dec 10th, 2015, that it is time to stop using books and be more efficient by using new technology. And here is it, first attempt to do it Codex: A Legal Scripting Language for Ethereum published on Feb 25th, 2016.

Every day internet and cryptography reveals better solutions how to solve problems. A service of the government provided by the courts and officers to solve disputes will be more expensive and arbitrary than ever. The first reason is that law is not strict and clear anymore and can be interpreted many ways and the second reason is, that courts have almost unlimited resources backed up by taxpayers, which can not refuse pay this system. We stand here, before big change where the government will not be needed anymore. You are probably scared of it and you should be. This is something new, what will change society very much. But instead of denying the inevitable, try to understand it, learn it and use it. Sand mandala, which represents picture above, symbolizes the doctrinal belief in the transitory nature of material life. Life is a permanent change, let’s explore new technology.
