Does destiny exist?
Does destiny exist? Philosophers often talk about free will. People are mostly convinced they have free will. Is it that way?
I present a few arguments, your life and destiny is predetermined by the fabric of the universe.
You consist of atoms and molecules which are under of law of physics.
Your mind is made of these atoms and molecules.
Complexity and entropy of this matter are so high and you cannotmeasure it because you measure it with the matter which have the same physical limits. If you push some ball from the skyscraper you can measure relatively precisely what will happen with that, because object you measure is measured by smaller objects. But it is impossible to measure small and complex objects like cells.
However, imagine (this requires very big philosophical and theoretical imagination and we presume for this case, that something like this, can exist even it is practically impossible) something, what can predict the position of every atom in the universe. Every function of it and every attribute. If you imagine, that this machine can calculate every movement of every atom in your body just for 1 second, we can say it is determined. Actually, we can say the same without the machine. If law of physics works, how we know it, our consciences have no effect over matter. Actually, our consciences are created by matter we are made of and from the reactions of our environment. If you move with your hand it is the reaction of neurons, you think you have free will, you feel it, but mind lies to you.
We live behind the veil of ignorance, that our will is free and we choose what we want. Actually, we are as a sand, worm or ant moved by solar energy. We just are and we move under very complex rules we do not understand. We are part of this fabric moved by rules which we observe. Only our ego does not want to accept this truth.
We have that feeling, that we can control our destiny only because it is preferred by evolution to have faith, that we are able to control your body or things around you.
Will you be able to predict your future? No. Because it is too complex and quantum mechanics creates random states of all matter.
Anyway, you are part of this fabric and the law of physics moves with you.
