Navratri is a Hindu festival that honors Shakti or the Divine Feminine/Mother and looks to her for spiritual , guidance, and insight . It lasts for nine nights and ten days. nine days are broken up into sets of three, and during every set a particular feature of the Divine mummy is meditated upon. Every set of nights also related with a specific spiritual target and task.

The first set of nights are spent meditating upon the Feminine in her strong and devastating called as durga mata . We ask the goddess to help us identify and destroy those things of our self that are not good, powerful, or productive..

The second set of nights are spent meditating upon the Divine Mother in her spiritual wealth-giving feature know as Lakshmi mata. We ask the god to help us growth and maintain helpful qualities, such as patience, forgiveness, compassion, loving, kind , and integrity.

The third set of nights are spent meditating upon the Feminine in her spiritual wisdom feature known as Sarasvati. We ask the goddess to help us to achieve understand fact truths such as our nature and the interconnectedness of living beings. The 10 day is spent offering gratitude to the Mother and is spent celebrating in a state of sat-chit or truth-consciousness-bliss. Continue Chant the mantra “Om Bhavani” continues the nine days. Inhabiting a peaceful breathing meditation. Like As you inhale, say you are trying to cultivate; as you exhale, you are trying to let go , on the inhale, we can say, “Breathing in Compassion” and the exhale we can say, “Breathing out Criticism”. At least take time each of the nine days or mostly once every three days to focus on the three feature of the feminine that are within you and the continue spiritual tasks.

Days 1–3: Focus on your inner body power and strength and Write down the hobbies or habits you wish to let go of. Chose one of these and doing letting go of it.

Days 4–6: Manly Focus on your inner life-giving force and nurturer. Write down the hobbies or habits you wish to till Pick one of these and doing incorporating it.

Days 7–9: Focus on your inner wisdom power and guide. Write down the spiritual teachings you can learn or better understand. select one and read an inspiring book or blog about it.

The third set of nights are spent meditating upon the Feminine in her spiritual wisdom-bestowing aspect known as Sarasvati. We ask the goddess to help us to gain realization and understand truths such as our divine and the interconnections of living beings and progress in hole life. The tenth day is spent offering gratitude to the Divine Mother and your closed ones through gifts it is also spent celebrating in a state of sat-chit-ananda or truth-consciousness-bliss. Last day of this festival prize and gift distribution function organize. Chant the mantra “Om Bhavani” throughout the nine days. Practice a breathing meditation.
