Hello, guys.

Pawan here,

Welcome aboard.

This is going to be a fantastic article. “Words that Sell”

We need to accomplish this, so let’s reel you back in before I lose you. With this, we want to have a lot of fun. You’ll be surprised at how small word changes — adding and removing them, moving them around — can affect your conversion rates.

I’ll tell you about it through stories, but first I have to discuss a pretty wonderful book.

To be completely honest, I have no idea how I came upon this book, but I’m happy that I did.

It takes a lot for me to suggest a book, and I only do it for a select few, of which this is one. Thus, the title of the book is ‘Words That Sell’. It is written by Richard Baen and is really incredible.

Then this is what I’m going to do. We’re going to do a brief close-up.

Um, manufactured, engineered, produced, hand colored, hand dyed. You’ve got information. Oh, that’s an excellent one. Let’s see, I guess. It is enlightening, mind-opening, eye-opening, and really thorough. authoritative and enhanced. Honest. This book really just goes on and on. Even the price of this book escapes me. $16. There is no doubt that it was worth it.

So let’s quickly return here and pick up this book. Everyone will undoubtedly go buy it now that it is available on Amazon.

It’s better to just buy it now. We don’t receive any commission or anything of the sort, of course, but I’m simply saying you’re going to make some money. So let me give you a few instances here.

Accept that. Let me now try to explain to you why this book was so significant and where it kind of began to make sense.

Because it used to merely sit on a shelf, according to me. Ah, I’ll never look at it, I thought.

However, while I was leafing through, I thought, “You know, it’d be kind of cool to add some words.” I have two examples for you that have been really successful for us. The first illustration that came to mind was when we were selling this backpack.

Okay. We are selling this bag that we had. And for us, it was a hiccup — an order bump. So it was like, Hey, look at this survival gear. Do you want to take the bag? And we just referred to it as a three compartment bag. Take it. It costs $29 as of right now. We are converting at roughly 15%.

That’s quite impressive for an order bump. That is sort of the context in which words that sell are used. And I have to admit that this title says it all since words are catchy. So, all I did — and how absurd is this — was say, “Oh, a three pocket backpack,” am I right? And the only insane thing I did was add the word “premium” before doing nothing else except watching.

So I took a step back and waited to see if the conversion changed in any way. I had a three-pack backpack, to sum up. You can get this for $29 if you place an order bump. Okay. I just added the word “premium” before I added the word. Therefore, it now reads quality three, pocket backpack, $29. I decided to let this run, and we received over a hundred conversions.

So, that is what I often do to make it accurate and look over my conversions. Okay, so I wrote 100 on the order form. How many people entered?

We simply added the word “premium” to continue. No other adjustments. We increased our take from 15% to 25–30%. It is jumping between that 25 and 30% range.

How incredible is that? That represents a 10% difference. To demonstrate to you how incredible that is, let me perform some fast math. Let’s imagine we had 100 people arrive because you had 15% of the total. 15 people really took it. That makes 15 in all.

Since we’re putting ourselves on the spot, let’s just use $30 for the sake of a simple calculation.

That would be $450. Okay? We have now simply increased it by 10%. Therefore, 15 times, sorry. 25 to 30 times. Now let’s take a look, I’m really having trouble. What are the five that we have, um? $750 right?

Oh my god. That’s incredible. For each 100 conversions, you then begin to scale that up, correct?

Woo, with your Facebook traffic or whatever traffic you’re utilizing, you’ve got a winning advertisement. The amount of conversions you may generate merely by employing the phrase, in this case, premium, starts to significantly change as a result.

That certainly makes a significant difference. So that’s ten times over a thousand, correct? For every 1,000 conversions, $7,500 is paid. That amounts to an additional $7.50 for each conversion. Hello? That is cash.

That is cash. Okay, do you all understand this? Do you understand me, man? Perhaps I should give the terms I’m employing in my product description some serious thought.

It all comes down to words that sell when it comes to the terms I use in my order bumps, the words I use in my upsells and downsells, and the way I display the thank you page.

So now for the second item. We employ tactics. Are you okay? In our Luk brand, we have a tactical category. Therefore, we began to use the word “just tactical.”

The same thing was visible on the order bump . We increased from having, I think, an 8% conversion rate on the order form. We increased from 8% to 9% as soon as the word “tactical” was added. On the order form, up to 13%.

That’s incredible. So once more, it all comes down to the minor adjustments you can make to your funnel.

The simple things, like adding the term premium to the words we just talked about in that book, to adding the word tactical, really, really go to your brand, aren’t they?

And that’s when the book will kind of come in handy. To truly start raising your conversion rate, you just need to kind of understand your brand, your market, what you’re advertising as your product, and what terms you can use.

Because that is the main focus. The more conversions you can afford, the better your website performs, the more money you generate, and the more conversions you can afford.

Your company has a solid base, and you are now ready to take off. Greetings!

At last,
