Recreational Activities Explained in 300 Words

Leisure is an integral part of human biology and psychology. It is common to do recreational activities to entertain themselves, to have fun, or to gain health benefits. A wide range of activities is available, including basketball, swimming, volleyball, chess, table tennis, bowling, singing, reading, listening to music, watching movies, and more.
