Always, deep breathe the moment you get that anxiety attack or that stress attack, shot of anger and frustration. Immediately do some deep breathes slowly for 1 minute. It will ease you out. Practice and see for yourself. Don’t just start the drama and screaming about your own issues with your own mind.

A calm mind can make better decisions. It will save you from impulsive reactions which mostly regret after 5 minutes. Save yourself from that embarrassment.

Whether you do yoga or not, or go to the gym or not, exercise at home or not, you can still practice deep breathing. At your desk, on your bed, while driving, while watching Television or Netflix. Practice when you wake up and when you go to sleep. The simplest form of bringing peace to yourself.
