I Stopped Working Out Daily. Here’s What Happened.

The big mistake i did was to stop my daily walk and yoga session. I did yoga daily for couple of months and then suddenly the routine changed for a couple of days and i developed a kinda boredome. Similarly i stopped daily walk for no reason and now am feeling lazy and tired.

Thanks for sharing this blog. Now i have set my alarm again and am ready to kick start my excercise again.
