Hey Jason. I’m curious if attendees of your workshop (and users of this diagram in general) indicated *other roles or teams* that were playing in this field? For example: did they feel that HR should be picking up more of the People quadrant, or that Product Managers should worry about the profit or product aspects?
For your reference: in my current design organisation we have both a DesignOps team, working mostly on the Process side (on defining practice, workflow and tools) but with cost saving in mind, and a BusinessOps team that is focussed on People and Profit (hiring the right people for the organisation). And our Product (Line) Managers, together with their design counterparts, worry about the Product aspects.
