Great Teams

The greatest activity I was a part of this week was walking around my class and viewing each individual’s app. We were assigned a project with lots of room for creative freedom. I could see the skill, personality, and soul of an individual within his/her app. Each added their own unique nuances.

Im proud of my progress and Im defining my career goals.

I have a vision of being a part of a great team as a career. I’d like to be philanthropic and supply resources to institutions.

Ive been advised to seek out great teams and know what makes them tick.

So the question on my mind is…What makes a great team? How does one build or join a great team? What is my personal definition of a great team?

Well a great team to me is… individuals all supplying their unique skill towards a singular vision with autonomy and trust. Friends with deep open communication. Each adding that which cant be performed by others.

Any ideas out there?
