Danielle, that could be from several things. If you ate less calories than usual then yes, I’d say it could affect your enthusiasm for sports. On a very low carb ketogenic diet, some period of adaptation to burning fat is required, usually a couple of weeks. But normally people do fine after that time in terms of energy level. There are some people who report just not feeling well on low-carb, but it appears that’s a small minority.
